On this Picostat.com statistics page, you will find information about the GAGurine data set which pertains to Level of GAG in Urine of Children. The GAGurine data set is found in the MASS R package. You can load the GAGurine data set in R by issuing the following command at the console data("GAGurine"). This will load the data into a variable called GAGurine. If R says the GAGurine data set is not found, you can try installing the package by issuing this command install.packages("MASS") and then attempt to reload the data. If you need to download R, you can go to the R project website. You can download a CSV (comma separated values) version of the GAGurine R data set. The size of this file is about 2,970 bytes.


Level of GAG in Urine of Children

Description

Data were collected on the concentration of a chemical GAG in the urine of 314 children aged from zero to seventeen years. The aim of the study was to produce a chart to help a paediatrican to assess if a child's GAG concentration is ‘normal’.

This data frame contains the following columns:

Age

age of child in years.

GAG

concentration of GAG (the units have been lost).
