On this Picostat.com statistics page, you will find information about the mhtdata data set which pertains to An example data for Manhattan plot. The mhtdata data set is found in the gap R package. You can load the mhtdata data set in R by issuing the following command at the console data("mhtdata"). This will load the data into a variable called mhtdata. If R says the mhtdata data set is not found, you can try installing the package by issuing this command install.packages("gap") and then attempt to reload the data. If you need to download R, you can go to the R project website. You can download a CSV (comma separated values) version of the mhtdata R data set. The size of this file is about 9,344,496 bytes.


An example data for Manhattan plot

Description

This example contains p values for a list of SNPs whose information regarding chromosome, position and reference seqeuence as with gene annotation is obtained separately.
