On this Picostat.com statistics page, you will find information about the fsnps data set which pertains to A case-control data involving four SNPs with missing genotype. The fsnps data set is found in the gap R package. You can load the fsnps data set in R by issuing the following command at the console data("fsnps"). This will load the data into a variable called fsnps. If R says the fsnps data set is not found, you can try installing the package by issuing this command install.packages("gap") and then attempt to reload the data. If you need to download R, you can go to the R project website. You can download a CSV (comma separated values) version of the fsnps R data set. The size of this file is about 16,405 bytes.


A case-control data involving four SNPs with missing genotype

Description

This is a simulated data of four SNPs with their alleles coded in characters. The variable y contains phenotypes (1=case, 0=control).
