On this Picostat.com statistics page, you will find information about the xclara data set which pertains to Bivariate Data Set with 3 Clusters. The xclara data set is found in the cluster R package. You can load the xclara data set in R by issuing the following command at the console data("xclara"). This will load the data into a variable called xclara. If R says the xclara data set is not found, you can try installing the package by issuing this command install.packages("cluster") and then attempt to reload the data. Description

An artificial data set consisting of 3000 points in 3 well-separated clusters of size 1000 each.

Usage

data(xclara)

Format

A data frame with 3000 observations on 2 numeric variables giving the x and y coordinates of the points, respectively.
